'A Romance in nine innings'

The Game was first work shopped as a staged reading in 2008 for Saint Martin's University Scholar's Day. In 2009, The Game was produced for Saint Martin's University season of One Act Plays (as directed by Bryan Tyrrell) The play shows a day in the life of a couple on their 3 year anniversary. Jon and Liz go head to head over the course of a Mariners game when Jon attempts to propose marriage, and Liz finds herself disappointed in her boyfriend's choice of venue for their special day. The couple struggles to come to some understanding of one another, and soon discover their real feelings during the course of the game.
