On the precipice of new things! This week I said goodbye to my apartment in Syracuse, NY and say hello to a new adventure in Tampa, FL. I’m so thankful to share that I’ve accepted a role in A play: In the Time of the Butterflies/ En el Tiempo de las Mariposas at Stageworks Theatre in Tampa, FL. I am so honored to be playing in this small ensemble cast of 5 women and one man to share the story of of the Maribel sisters living in the Dominican Republic. I have the amazing privilege of helping share the true story of the remarkable women whose efforts in resistance movement against Trujillo cost them their lives. I’m beyond excited to be a part of such a stunning play written by Caridad Svich and Directed by Karla Hartley and Jorge Acosta.

I am so inspired by the real life story of these strong women, and excited to be able to playing in an all Latino cast that has select performances told entirely in Spanish ! Mi corazón está lleno.

We start rehearsals this week, and open April 13th!
