I am so excited to share that I have been recently cast in a staged reading of a new play Watched for Theatre 167 (in NYC). This new play is adapted from Marina Budhos' novel WATCHED, which explores the impact of surveillance in Muslim-American communities. I am so honored to be a part of the integral reading and workshopping process in collaboration with The Redhouse Arts Center. I am so excited taking on 2 roles Ishrat & Taslima and diving into this challenging and inspiring work.
