I have been hired as a full-time Enrichment Instructor of Performing Arts with Peaceful Schools at Westside Academy Middle School, right here in Syracuse, NY. I'm so grateful to be teaching 8 classes and getting do do something incredibly unique. I get to teach what love ( drama, dance, and music) and I get to use it to empower youth, cultivate empathy, and create a safe and loving community for students to grow, learn, and develop peaceful social skills. I'm so thankful to be a part of a company, whose response to violence in schools is to use the arts to create an ensemble of more compassionate, aware, and accountable students.
